As a leading student of Accounting and Finance, I was able to secure a place on the Global UGRAD Cultural Exchange Semester Scholarship. The fully-funded scholarship by the Government of the United States allowed me to spend time in the country, learning more about my field of interest.

Dr. Zaheer Abbas is an Assistant Professor of Economics at GIFT Business School. He received his PhD and MPhil in Economics from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. His research focuses on energy and international economics with the goal of producing evidence for public policy of developing nations.
