GBS Joins Hand with Korn Mills Private Limited to Align Academic Services with Industry Needs

GIFT University and Korn Mills Private Limited have entered into a three-year bi-directional partnership agreement to align academic services with the industry needs through various programs. The overarching goal of this initiative is to accelerate the economic and social development of the region. The agreement signing ceremony was held at GIFT University, Gujranwala on 2 August 2021. As the signatories, Dr. Ameer A. Basit, Dean GIFT Business School, and Dr. Qaiser S. Durrani, Director ORIC, represented GIFT University and Mr. Saeed Ahmad Taj represented Korn Mills as its Chief Executive Officer. Muhammad Anwar Dar, Chairman GIFT University, welcomed the guests and explained his vision that is rooted in the application of knowledge to bring about change in society. The ceremony was organized by Dr. Umer Mukhtar, Director of Industrial Linkages and Development in the business school.
