Dr. Fahad Javed is working as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business and Commerce, GIFT University, Gujranwala. He did his BBA (hons) and MBA in Finance from International Islamic University, Islamabad. In his MBA thesis he worked on “Fundamental and Technical Analysis of Oil and Gas Exploration Sector of Pakistan”

In 2015, after gaining professional experience in Accounts working as Manager Accounts in Roshni Homes Trust (A project of GIFT University) and Accounts Officer in RIT group of colleges in Rawalpindi, He applied for a higher education program for “HEC Scholarship for PhD in Financial Management in China”. After an intensive selection procedure based upon GAT based test and Chinese faculty member’s panel interview, He was offered a scholarship by HEC for PhD in Financial Management in China and naturally took no time in accepting it. He started his PhD in September 2015 in the Department of Finance, Faculty of Management Science, Wuhan University of Technology, China. His research emphasis on Bank-firm relationships under the supervision of an internationally renowned professor and cooperative team of faculty members. He earned his PhD degree titled “Research on Influence of Bank-Firm relationships on Firm Performance: Empirical Analysis from Pakistan”. During his Job in GIFT University he is also doing his Post – Doctorate from JiangSU University, China in Environmental Management Accounting.
