Biography

Dr. Khawaja Jehanzeb is working as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Faculty of Business and Commerce at GIFT University. He has obtained his doctoral degree in Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia. His research interests are conflict and power in the organization; organizational behavior; organizational culture; behavioral decision making; talent management; job attitude; and Careers (person-organization fit, person-job fit, career success). He has published numerous articles in the leading academic journals, such as European Journal of Training and Development, International Journal of Training and Development, Journal for Global Business Advancement, and Personnel Review. His recent publications are titled: “The mediating role of organizational commitment between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior: Power distance as moderator” and “Does perceived organizational support and employee development influence organizational citizenship behavior? Person–organization fit as moderator”.
