Since October 2019, Dr. Sobia Bano is working as a full-time faculty member at the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Sciences at GIFT Business School. She has earned her doctoral degree from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia with a specialization in Marketing and her research interest falls in the multidisciplinary field i.e. from consumer behavior to psychosocial work environment.

She has extensive experience of teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in different national and international universities – Bahria University, NUR International University, and Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. She has been recognized and awarded as a Research Supervisor to MS and Ph.D. students from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
